NORTH ENERGY is a pioneering company located in a region facing the environmental challenge of accumulated expired tires. The lack of solutions to address this problem prompted NORTH ENERGY to set a goal to tackle this environmental issue, along with other targets such as reducing unemployment and transforming the vast quantities of expired tires into materials with market value.
Through extensive research and experimentation, the company has successfully converted these tires into useful products, all while adhering to environmental regulations during the conversion process.
One of the primary products is Tyre Pyrolysis Oil (TPO), which is widely used as a high-energy fuel source in sectors such as incinerators and metal smelting factories due to its high calorific value and low viscosity, making it suitable for diesel burners.
The second product, steel wires, is utilized as feedstock for iron production factories.
Lastly, Recovered Carbon Black (RCB) represents a promising alternative to virgin carbon black. After undergoing an upgrading process—which includes metal separation, thermal treatment, grinding, pelleting, and packing—it becomes a valuable material for various industrial applications.
